Water challenge is going well for me. If I drink water out of the tap filter I can drink 4 of my 8 first thing in the morning. And yesterday I worked in the heat so I drank at least twice as much as I needed to.

I have been doing so much exercise that I am sure I am building muscle but it doesn't help to look at the scale and have it go up a lb. Anyway my BMI is 30 today. I am going to start recording it and the dimensions of my various parts. And change that photo. UGH.

OK... So... I feel like I am stalled out here. What can I do to get below 170. My first plateau.
