I am 5' 10" 48 and started at 180. Now when I get fat it is all in this weird package around my abdominals which I guess is really unhealthy. I had a bad bike accident a few years ago and really put on the pds while recovering in bed. I think my normal healthy weight is 155. I hope to see it again someday.

Just getting started on this site
Hey There, If you want to be buddies that is great with me. I have been losing slowly... but losing! I find eating protein first thing in the morning helps level out my blood sugar. Since I am a vegan that means protein shakes. Pretty easy.
