I've been at the ER more than home for the last few days. This has not been good for my diet. I get home after 10+ hours at the ER and eat till I am full then go to bed and sleep for awhile until my mother called and said she was feeling badly again...then back to the ER. At least last nights visit they kept her to run tests. I still found things to fill all my points with, allot of it was what I still consider junk food even though it is weight watchers items.
Tomorrow I go with a friend to her 2 doctors appts. I will make my grilled chicken salad for lunch and take it with me and a couple 1 point WW snack cakes, a bag of WW 2 point chips. For breakfast my last cup of my 1 point chili, and my coffee of course.

My day started last night at 6PM when I had to take my mother to the ER. My sister took her the day before. I finally got home at 430am this morning. I slept till 11, went out to the ranch and rode for 45 minutes, my daughter rode the clydesdale. When I got home, I took a shower and for some reason I was freezing, turned the heater on, made some bean soup......had a warm tummy, laying on the sofa starting to fall asleep and RING..RING.....(never fails) My mother felt so badly she needed to go to the ER again. On the way I called her and she was worse, she is diabetic and she was crashing. I already had my sister meeting us at the ER. By the time I got to my mothers house, the PBnJ sandwich was doing the trick and she was feeling better. So I had a piece of sourdough bread with salmon cream cheese on it. She asked me to wait around for a few minutes longer to make sure she didnt need to go, so I had a cup of sugar free dryers chocolate mint ice cream. When I finally got home tonight, I grabbed a bag of WW cheese twists (the sodium may do me in.) I was naughty today in my eating.

I am beat! Good ride today. The trainer asked me to tag along on a trail ride, only about 45 minutes. My horse, Tanner spooked. First he went left, so did I, then he went right, I kept going left BUT I hung on with my good arm! I'm not going down, to fat, to hard to get back up! So my war wounds are bruises, again...LOL I think the hair on my head is bruised....LOL
My friend Terri took me out after the ride to Soup Plantation. I tried to be good and stay on my WW. I did OK, so my count reads. I did come home and I was honest as to what I ate for dinner.

If anyone knows how to edit the weight history, PLEASE let me know. So breakfast was more of a lunch. I had errands to run so I left early. Snack was filling enough. Then I decided to cook this shrimp dinner receipe. I had to find out the equals for clove garlic vs minced dry and 1/2 lemon squeezed vs bottled lemon juice and then loose angel hair pasta vs 6 oz. I succeeded with a little to much pasta but YUMMY! It gets a BIG YAY from me and an OK from my daughter. Trust me she is a PICKY eater and on this life style change with me (helps since we're the only ones in the house.)
