No food record for a couple days, I was just released from the hospital. I weighed myself when I got hoe, in my pj's with slippers on and I was only 1.5 lbs less than when I went into the hospital 4 days ago. Now, the 2 scales may not be calabrated the same but it cant be to off. So, surgery in the future and then maybe I can diet with out having to watch out for certain foods (that some receipies call for.)

A TOTAL SO FAR OF 9.8 LBS LOST since January 5th!
What a 2 weeks. I could not weigh in last week.....stomach flu..YUCK! But I lost 3.2 lbs during the last 2 weeks.

I just cant get into making breakfast. Any ideas on HOW to get into the habbit...? So lunch consisted of my WW grilled chicken salad - 8.5 points only because I used more chicken cubes for a filler and of course more ranch dresing. Then it's left overs for dinner.
My daughter maybe coming down w/ the stomach flu now so I decided not to make the 1 point chili. No room in fridge for all the left overs at the moment.

I feel better today, hopefully tomorrow I will be more normal. I made a vegetable chicken soup and put couscous in it. It filled my bellie, the first time since the stomach flu Thursday. It was nice to eat something besides liquid's. I missed my WW meeting Thursday. I would have felt quilty if I wasnt sick. Looking forward to going this Thursday.
