Well, I MADE IT! I have reached my first goal....5% loss.

Diet followed 100%

Took me ALL DAY but I used all my points. I have only done that one other time I think it is. I think I am feeling better, finally. Well, weigh in is tomorrow..... X YOUR FINGERS! I want to be at my 5%.. I want that post-it-note on that board with my name on it at the meeting!

Weigh in is tomorrow....I am hoping to be at my 5% goal loss. I think all hospital stays where you can't eat/drink for 2 days is an auto 5 lb loss! Wonder whom we talk to about that...LOL As you can tell I am feeling better today.
I made the most awesome chicken dinner last night. In a medium fry pan w/ lid I put 2 small boneless/skinless chicken breasts, fresh mushrooms, baby carrots, 2 pressed cloves garlic, and about 1/4 cup chopped onion. Pour red wine enough to almost cover food and add about 1/2 cup fat free / MSG free chicken broth. Cook on medium to low heat, turning chicken once at 35 minutes. I cooked for between 45 minutes to an hour. I cooked 3/4 c couscous in 3/4 cup chicken broth. YUMMY! I served 2 with this and had some chicken left over. 8.5 points but was I full.

bad morning, worse afternoon...had LOTS of points, so I had the rest of the NO SUGAR ADDED ice cream...for dinner...yeah that taught all those baddies today giving me a hard time!
