I had to fudge my breakfast in order to make the points work out - anyone else have to do that sometimes? I actually ate blueberry buckle (1/9 of pan) for 5.5 points plus the Cool Whip...the piece was more like 2 inch square, not 6.5!!! lol! Still off my true points by 0.5, so I must remember that during the day! My legs are sore today but I'm not sure if that's from the Leslie Sansone tape or trying to jog! Have a grea day everyone!

Managed to get in a Leslie Sansone workout - a mile in 20 minutes. I like this video...it's face paced and the mile goes by quickly. My legs get a great workout!
Not sure about the points for today...i had a skinless chicken thigh that was baked for supper and the points value comes up at one but I thought a thigh was 3 pts.
Off to bed...early morning tomorrow!

Oh, I'm so disappointed...I disallusioned myself on how much walking I did. I am in Canada so we use kilometres, not miles, so on my treadmill, I walk 5 km/hr for about 45 minutes. To record it, I've been clicking on 3.5 m/hr...but it's not...it's only 3 miles! So I'm burning less calories than I thought. Darn! No wonder the scales don't want to move...165 - 164 - 165..every week it's up a pound, down a pound...those 2 numbers are my least favorite numbers ever! Today I tried jogging and boy, am I bad...I lasted 3 minutes before getting a stitch in my side. Maybe I shouldn't have waited until I was almost done my walk (which I did outdoors today in that godawful heat!)!!! Ok...done ranting...for now anyway. Guess the treadmill will be my buddy this evening when it cools off.

Hmmm...I just realized I haven't been adding my coffee or water to my food journal...I take my coffee black (mostly) with splenda so nothing for points...but I guess I should start adding it anyway!
Don't feel hungry today - seems like I've eaten enough until I see what I've recorded! I have been picking over blueberries today - froze 16 cups today (and I"m not done!!! we picked alot!). I have a 2 cups set aside to make blueberry buckle if it cools off enough this evening to turn on the oven. Maybe I"ll have a piece if I do.
I plan to get on the treadmill tonight too, but it is still so warm (it is 7:30 pm and it is still 25 degrees celcius - it was about 30 today so house is very warm)!
On my own tomorrow - DH is going fishing for the day and DD works at noon so I plan to concentrate on me - exercise when I want to without disturbing anyone!

Not an overly great day healthy eating wise. We went out picking blueberries this afternoon for an hour and 15 minutes (put it under yard work cause wasn't sure how to add it in) and I came home hot, sweaty and very sore! So we roasted hotdogs over a bonfire and of course that led to camping - like snacks...ice cream cone, chips and dip...yikes...It was good...but not good for me!
