Oh, I'm so disappointed...I disallusioned myself on how much walking I did. I am in Canada so we use kilometres, not miles, so on my treadmill, I walk 5 km/hr for about 45 minutes. To record it, I've been clicking on 3.5 m/hr...but it's not...it's only 3 miles! So I'm burning less calories than I thought. Darn! No wonder the scales don't want to move...165 - 164 - 165..every week it's up a pound, down a pound...those 2 numbers are my least favorite numbers ever! Today I tried jogging and boy, am I bad...I lasted 3 minutes before getting a stitch in my side. Maybe I shouldn't have waited until I was almost done my walk (which I did outdoors today in that godawful heat!)!!! Ok...done ranting...for now anyway. Guess the treadmill will be my buddy this evening when it cools off.

Don't worry - it sounds like your doing great. I agree about jogging - I just started, and darn is it hard! I do 40 minutes on my treadmill, and I do 5 minutes speed walking, 5 minutes jogging - its a really great workout - give it a try sometime!
