Hmmm...I just realized I haven't been adding my coffee or water to my food journal...I take my coffee black (mostly) with splenda so nothing for points...but I guess I should start adding it anyway!

Don't feel hungry today - seems like I've eaten enough until I see what I've recorded! I have been picking over blueberries today - froze 16 cups today (and I"m not done!!! we picked alot!). I have a 2 cups set aside to make blueberry buckle if it cools off enough this evening to turn on the oven. Maybe I"ll have a piece if I do.

I plan to get on the treadmill tonight too, but it is still so warm (it is 7:30 pm and it is still 25 degrees celcius - it was about 30 today so house is very warm)!

On my own tomorrow - DH is going fishing for the day and DD works at noon so I plan to concentrate on me - exercise when I want to without disturbing anyone!

how will you figure the points for the piece of buckle? I bought a scale. I add all the calories of everything i put in a recipe, then weight it and decide how many points each gram weighs. how do you do it when you make something. this fall/winter 2008 will be my first "holiday season" on WW and i need all the tips i can get.

Ohh OOOHH I KNOW! You add the recipe to your fatsecret recipe book and the system calculates the points for your. I did this witht the whole wheat pizza that we always make at home. Only thing is you cant delete it once you have added it but that's okay. I do have a question in to the website to find out if there is a way to delete. What part of the world do you live in Kimberley? I notice you use celcius and I use farenheight. I don't add my coffee either. I use the powdered creamer and know it is bad for me but it is my guilty pleasure. I know it adds calories but I decided that when it comes to dieting this is the one thing I won't change or worry over. I love blueberries but it is too hot in my part of the country for them. However during the month of April I pick gallons of blackberries for free in a park that I walk to by walking out my back gate and down the bayou. I freeze them also and make pies for the neighbors.

I have mastercook which can help me figure out my points, but won't help me here...so I will probably add it to my cookbook and see what happens. I subbed splenda for sugar, so will have saved some points there. Bethru, I live in Canada - Northern Manitoba although I am from Nova Scotia. I couldn't find the coffee whitener to add it, so will have to do that myself i guess! I will be looking for your whole wheat pizza!
