Good Morning everybody! We actually had a day yesterday of NO RAIN!!! HORRAY! It meant that I could have gone for a run... but i didnt. Im going to start again on Monday in time for the start of a challenge. Also means I have 10 weeks till my Cancer Research, Race For Life event (running 5k).
Im a little nervous as going out for dinner tonight with some friends but going to make sure i keep to a salad. Also i weighed myself this morning and no change as of yet(no gain either which is always good), but also last night i was really hungry. I had a 2nd helping of our main course (my first was quite small anyway)and then after had a small slice of cheese... opps!I normally have a plain salad at lunch and a shake around 3 to keep me going but think today im going to try and push lunch back to around 1pm and not have the shake so I can still balance out this evening. Either way am I am so looking forward to seeing my girlfriends and wearing my new clothes.

Morning everybody! How you all doing? I have a quick question. I added flaxseed oil to my shake this morni g (didn't taste so good) I keep on hearing things about it, flaxseed in bread, with yogurt etc and that it's really good for health and diet. BUT WHAT DOES IT ACTUALLY DO??
Weighed myself this morning. Was really pleased as weight is still the same. Had my indulgence day yesterday as morel cooked a starter and a lovely main course and I ate all of it as well as havi g a glass or 3 of wine. Yummy yummy. Have a good day people. Xxx

Have to say im really really pleased this week. I havent lost 11lbs as i know that my orgianl weigh in last monday was alot of liquid. I weighed myself the next day and was on 216lbs (15.6) but thats still a total loss of 4lbs, which i am really happy about. The most exciting thing is that im still 100% on the wagon, know that last week i did a few things that i could have avoided but still lost weight. Only 2lbs away from 210lbs and then the next goal will be 200lbs. Will defo have hit 210 by next week. Im feeling so good at the moment... whoop whoop!

So so far having a good weekend. Apart from the weather..... Rain rain rain. I haven't been on a run for 2 weeks.... So bad! Had a friend over on Friday night and we went through my wardrobe throwing out all my old clothes. She took quite a few of them which is good as its recycling!! All my. Ww clothes have arrived. So exciting. Trying to take ALOT more pride in how I dress as well as a bit more stylish. (Kim kardashian and Sofia vergara thinspiration). Now I know that it's a bit silly to spend lots of money on a new wadrobe when I'm hoping to loose more weight but I know that having better clothes will keep me on track to keep on loosing. I'm going to be body proud and stay on the wagon!! Bit nervous about today as we are having a roast. But my plan is to have my shake now (10.45) and then we are eating at 4 and then not eat anything else...... It's weigh in tomorrow. I have to admitt I have been weighing myself and it's looking good. But this is something I really have to stop doing and just try and weigh myself once a week.... But who knows. Anyway go to go tidy the house. It's such a mess!!!! Have a good Sunday xx
