Ok so 2nd day doing Zumba… so good so far! Everything is looking a bit better .. have started looking for another job and had quite a few ppl call me which is good. Also had my hair cut and had a fringe put in which is very weird but looks really good even if I do say so myself. Today going to a friends house for dinner and having a girls night in .. don’t know what we will be eating but I wont be drinking very much as driving home.. want to go home and see morel (who has a job interview tomorrow TTL) and also want to do my Zumba tomorrow morning. Dedicated or WHAT!

How is everyone else doing..? Keep on that path of change…I have started a mantra which is a little long but one I really want to stick to.

I love my life, I love my husband, I love my figure. Today I am going to make healthy choices that I am in control of. I am going to loose my excess baggage both mentally and physically. I am on the path to becoming a confident successful sexy woman. I am succeeding as so far I have lost ___lbs.

Ok I’m back.. had a shizzer week. I have now realised that I hate my job .. also on another note realised that one of my work colleagues is incredibly 2 faced. So good week! However today is Monday and started my week with doing Zumba this morning before work. It felt really good and I have done this v clever thing to MAKE me get out of bed. I have turned the boiler off so if I want to have a hot shower for me to get to work on time (atm wouldn’t mind if I was late but not the point) I have to get up 30 mins before so the water can get hot.. Which leaves me the perfect amount of time to do a 20 min zumba work out! Clever or what… even if I don’t want to do zumba I have to get up so might as well do the workout! Hahaha! Hows everyone else doing..? Im getting my hair cut today which I’m really excited about… haven’t had it cut in AGES! Yay……..!

I haven t been on here for a while as had a crazy weekend… didn’t loose any weight but I’m ok with that as last week was 1st week back in the office (realising how much c**p I eat in the office without noticing it) my friends bday and my best friends (x2) engagement party! So had a great weekend but ate a lot and drank a lot… last week I also tried this magic breakfast that is – 6 tablespoons natural yogurt, 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey, 2 tablespoons of round cereal (I used porridge oats) and you are supposed to loose weight with it but I didn’t at all… but maybe I didn’t give it enough time… who knows will try it again this week. Had a bad start to this week as had a mcdonalds this morning for breakfast which is really bad (560kcals) and wanted one and was fighting the urge the whole time but it won… and do you know the funny thing… it didn’t even taste that good. But I am a bridesmaid for one of my friends that are getting married this year so now have even more of a need to loose the fat! I need to read my book again just 10lbs and get more into the mental side of things and forget about the big goal and concentrate on the smaller ones! I still keep on trying to get up to do my zumba in the mornings and really just have to do it but there is always an excuse at the moment its because our heating is broken and its sooooooooooooooooo cold that the thought of getting out of the duvet is really really hard to handle! Lol! But I am going to do it… tomorrow is Wednesday so a good day to start over… AGAIN!
