So was looking over what i ate yesterday and could have so so easily avoided eating 600cals. If I hadnt had the carrot cake I wouldnt have had the biscuits. The only reason why I had the carot cake is because everybody else was. Not good. Last night I started re-reading my book "just 10lbs" and it makes this really good point about choices and how you are in control all the time regarldess of the situation around you "by choosing the healthier option I am choosing to be slimmer" and so basically saying if you choose the unhealthy option you are choosing to stay at the weight you are at. Also I was watching Khloe Kardashian last night and really like the ay she is in alot of aspects (alot i dont) but she has a lot of pressure to be like her sisters and struggles and dresses I think really well e.t.c so am using her and Sofia Vergara as thinspiration. today sticking to my slim fast for breakfast and then having a plain salad for lunch with a shake at like 3 to stop me from snacking then a healthy dinner. I think that it's a good plan...

So far have lost 8lbs *want to get back to 12lbs by Monday Which is what i was at the begining of last week after food filled weekend*

Hi everybody!!! so im back...have been doing really well since leaving my old job and starting my new job. Really concentraiting on what i was eating and drinking. Have also signed up to run race for life(Cancer Research) in july (5k)so now go running 3 times a week and run 5k each time(weather permitting).I had lost nealry 11lbs since leaving the old job which was the 27h of feb. And then had 1lbs to go to get into the 14stone range and thats when i hit a brick wall. My weight just wasnt moving at all.. ALSO this weekend had a bday celebration for morel and my cousin was over as well. So since thursday it has been eating and drinking alot. Now i totally know that i ate alot, 100%. But weighed myself this morning and i have put on 10lbs in 4 days. now 10lbs in 4 days was a shock a HUGE shock. I do totally know that what you eat is what you weigh .... but 10lbs.... just really really highlights that this is a constant battle. so im on slim fast this week, i know its not a permanent answer, but to just get back to 15.1 would be really good. I had stopped counting calories but obviously still looking and staying away from high cal foods. But am going to start doing it again as dont want to hit the brick wall. Am pleased to have got down to the 15.1 but now need to keep pushing it down. Big shock for the system today but also big learning curve.
