Water first 20 oz; 2c romaine w/ 2T Honey Mustard Dressing from Fixate; 1/2 Italian Stuffed Pepper from Fixate with about 2/3c stuffing made with lean ground Turkey, brown rice, marinara sauce, onion garlic, & fresh basil.
