Just slayed my morning workout session - 21 Day Fix Pilates Fix and PiYo Sweat. 1 scoop Beachbody Recover blended in ice and 8 oz water

Water first 20oz; veggie bonus 2 celery stalks; Protein - 3/4c plain 2% Greek Yogurt; FFC- 1/2c steel-cut oats. Accessories- 2T PB powder, 1t Truvia, dash pumpkin pie spice.
