well 214.2 lost a little over 1 will do much better this week. I am grateful that I lost that much. No holidays this week to mess with me! I truly have to be as committed as I was on week one. That showed me if I followed this lifestyle to the T I do much better. I have such a problem with sweets mainly cookies heck who am I kidding... anything sweet gotta stop that

well here we go its Fathers day and already I blew it My hubby wanted homemade donuts One of my specialties so ok I passed those up but I didn't [pass on the homefries bacon and eggs. Already I am passed 5oo and the day is just beginning. I do not even want to think of the rest of the day ribs...pulled pork..shrimp...colesaw chocolate cake fresh blueberry pie and thats not including whatever anyone else brings that I do not know about. Lordy Lordy what a fat filled day is ahead of me. I will pray now and forever hold my peace. Hugs to all and one for myself

Beyond thrilled with the weight loss. Wouldn't it be great if I could loose 5 a week however 1 or 2 is more realistic I'll take it. I almost think I will really make it this time I will need all my buddies encouragement along this journey Thanks for being here for me.
