Beyond thrilled with the weight loss. Wouldn't it be great if I could loose 5 a week however 1 or 2 is more realistic I'll take it. I almost think I will really make it this time I will need all my buddies encouragement along this journey Thanks for being here for me.

1828 kcal Fat: 35.97g | Prot: 91.74g | Carb: 277.71g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Almond Milk, Designer Whey Aria Women's Protein. Lunch: Hot-Kid Rice Crisps, Mayonnaise, Red Tomatoes, Pollo Tropical Boneless Chicken Breast (4 oz). Dinner: Mueller's Spaghetti Pasta, Italian Bread, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Nestle Vanilla Ice Cream Drumstick. Snacks/Other: Strawberries, Crystal Light Appletini. more...

Awww gud 4 u. It makes u feel great when the number shows your hard work. It wud b great if it was 5lbs a week n its possible...B4 my set calorie intake was 1343 per day. However once I started 1 of my challenges the calorie intake was between 1000-1200 per day. My challenge is almost over bt I think I'm going 2 stick with 1200 cals per day!!! N I will keep my carb intake @ less than a 100 carbs per day. Keep doing what u do n continue 2 hv a wonderful week!!!
