Hi I have never been this heavy in my life not even when I was pregnant with twins! Had by-pass surgery 10 years ago and quit smoking (yes) and started packing on the pounds. I traded SWEETS for smokes. I have fought weight all my life and thought at 150 I had a problem... NOT. That is my dream weight now and with Gods help and all of you I am going to give it my all and make it. I love the saying ...when the world says give up..hope whispers try it one more time. I am all in I have 70 pounds to take off it took me 10 years to put it on I know it will not come off in a blink but you I hope will help me when I get discouraged and I truly will do the same for you

As long as you use this "slip" as a learning moment and keep heading in the right direction, you'll be fine. In this journey toward health -- as in life -- sometimes we slip. we're human. It's what we do with the feelings following the slip and how we re-apply ourselves afterward that will determine our success.
