My appetite is a monster after I workout! Even after I drink my protein which I thought was supposed to help you feel full. Is that a good or bad thing? Should I go ahead and have a meal even with a protein drink?

I went to Applebee's after church with a friend today. Their "Slim" menu options had way too many carbs and questionable sauces that I feared would have sugar. So I opted for a burger that made me go over calories for the day. Then I came home & napped all afternoon. Feeling a bit lazy now & trying to motivate to go to the gym. Ugh, where's my positive mood when I need it most? I'm not handling this "meh" mood very well
