I decided to go to lunch with my buddies at work today. I didn't eat too bad but I sure did eat a lot. I imagine I'll be able to skip dinner tonight. Is that healthy to do? Is it like fasting? I know I had a little stumble by binging but i don't want to get into a bad habit to correst the stumble.

I seem to be in a stall. Time to really start working hard. No more bare minimum at the gym & no more late evening snacking.

Just got done taking my first class at the gym! It was so much fun but I'm already super sore. I've read that berries can help so I put some in my protein shake. I'm already excited for next Saturday to go again!
