Jitterbug23's Journal, 23 March 2018

I decided to go to lunch with my buddies at work today. I didn't eat too bad but I sure did eat a lot. I imagine I'll be able to skip dinner tonight. Is that healthy to do? Is it like fasting? I know I had a little stumble by binging but i don't want to get into a bad habit to correst the stumble.

it not bad, well it was harder for me to skip a meal before but now that I am doing intermittent fasting I don't really feel hungry , this is my first week, and I love it

I usually lose more when I skip dinner than when I skip breakfast...i read an article that said if you fast, dinner is the meal to skip for best weight loss results. I think you’ll be fine!

I think you are right momma I am going to start eating my dinner early that usually, because I am feeling really full when I go to the bed, I skip breakfast because it is better for me , I have the chance to eat only the dinner with my husband. plus normally when we go to eat out it is always lunch or dinner, so, this way I don't sabotage my fasting
