Time to write my journal after weeks of neglect. My weight is fairly steady, I think, at around 180 lbs. I don't weigh myself that often as it can be depressing if there is any weight gain. I go mainly by how well I feel and the fit of my clothing. My eating habits do not vary very much except for occaisional dining out and a variety of heathy evening meals. Now the weather is better I can exercise more and I'm doing plenty in the gardens back and front. Summers nearly here and I'm feeling in good shape. Every success and good wishes to my Buddies. I've been behaving myself very well up to today. Arrived at work and there is no one else in the office. Decided to clean up the tea making area and that's where I found a packet of hobnobs in a draw. I haven't eaten a biscuit for over three years but hunger pangs overcame me and I ate 10 without stopping for breath. Tut! Tut! I will live like a hermit over the weekend and eat like a sparrow. Bye bye.

Keeping to my RDI with the occaisional lapse. Weight is steady around 180lb. Looking forward to longer and hopefully drier days when I can get ou in the garden and prepare the caravan for a few getaways!!. I hope all my buddies are well and keeping on track. Best wishes and kind regards to all.

Im doing fairly well. Staying within a pound or two of my target weight. I watch what I eat and try to keep within my calorific limits. Excercise is difficult although we walk the dogs most days. Work is very exhausting and saps all my energy. Oh! Well, onwards and upwards.
