Weight is steady. Still sticking to my basic rules. Light exercise and sensible diet. Walking with the dogs and caravanning holidays keep me pretty active. I follow several FatSecret members with keen interest in their progress. We are all on the same journey.

Three wonderful months on the beautiful island of Anglesey. Retirements has some great benefits. Long walks with the dogs and eating good honest food. My weight is stable at 180 lb. Feeling fitter and more energetic after the break. My best wishes and hoping you are all persevering with your aims and goals. My support to each and every one of you.

Previous weight recording was incorrect. Steady at 191lb. I aim to be at my target weight by the end of June. Eating mostly fruit and veg with either small amounts of chicken, fish or shellfish. I will weigh myself in mid February and see where I’ve got to.
