Hi guys hope everyone had a happy and Safe 4th of July. Here is my menu from the 4th and today . It was soooo good but now back on track..
July 5, 2007 Thursday Day 11 Phase III
7:00am 1cup of special K/cup of skim milk 2 tsp of sugar & yogurt
10:00am Grapefruit
12:00pm Gym work out
1:00pm Taco Soup
4:00pm 1 slice of wheat bread
7:00pm 3oz broiled tilapia & 1 cup of mexicorn
July 4, 2007 Wednesday Day 10 Phase III
10:00am yogurt
2:00pm 2 grilled drumsticks,1 lean ground hamburger, tossed salad & beans
7:00pm small slice of pound cake w/strawberries and a plop of sugar free cool whip
10:00pm 3 gingersnaps

Hello guys.I am so proud of myself I ran 3.5 miles and walked 2 with my hubby yesterday. My feet are a little sore but it was worth it we had a great time. Here is our menu for today:
July 3, 2007 Tuesday Day 9 Phase III
7:00am 1 and a half cups of special K/ cup of skim milk 2tsp of sugar
10:00am Dannon light & fit sugar & carb control yogurt 4oz & grapefruit
1:00pm Broiled chicken thigh /no skin & salad w/o dressing & diet coke
4:00pm 1 cup of Watermelon 3 gingersnaps
7:00pm Salmon, string beans & apple

Here is all my menus I forgot to post from last week and today... Gained 2.8 due to T.O.M. I know its just water weight those blasted hormones!!!! Next week I'll be back to normal.....
