Hi guys,

My trainer at the gym took my measurements and I shrunk some more, that is always great, but I don't think I lost as much weight as I did on the previous Detox back in May I think I only loss between 3-5 pounds that sucks, but he says its because I have an established workout schedule and I am more fit then the average beginner. I need those numbers to move, but I will be happy with what I get because there is always Phase II and I think the added protein will balance me out. So here is to kicking butt and not pulling my hair out tomorrow morning on weigh in-if I have a small loss I'll rejoice for it. ...A loss is a loss and that means I no longer carry it on my body. The support here has been soooooo great I love it and love you guys...enough rambling here’s my menu for today:

10:00am banana
12:00pm gym workout…….. kickboxing
1:00pm salad & orange
4:00pm Apple
6:40pm Brown Rice & String Beans
7:45-8:45pmRun/walk

Woo Hoo Day 3 87 to go..... I had a great evening....I was alone ( Hubby was in PA) so it was me time....ate dinner, took a much needed relaxing hot bath ( to ease sore muscles ouch!!!)and read my practical virtues book. During that time I had a nice prayer and meditation session, hopped out the bath feeling totally renewed. So cheers to all my fellow smashers and here is the menu for today.


August 3, 2007 Friday

6:35am Grapes, Banana & yogurt
10:00am grapefruit
11:30pm Gym- Elliptical 20 minutes & Club Strength Class 55 minutes whoo!! (It was a great workout)
1:00pm 1/4 cup chicken noodle soup (ate the veggies & broth) small salad with broccoli, peppers, tomatos, mushrooms,onions, a sprinkle of parmesean and a poof bacon bits with italian dresing and samalll bag of goldfish crackers.
6:40pm lentil soup
7:30-8:30pm Run/walk
