Hi, I am 19 years old and weigh 152 and lost a total of 24lbs. I have been dieting since June 1st. I lost 10lbs before school started, but during that time my pawpaw past away and i stopped. But in January i started up again and lost 14lbs. Now in April I havent lost a pound since Febuary. I have until June of this year to lost at least 12lbs more before I go to Florida. I really would like to lose this, so if you have any suggestions, please email me! Thanks! :D

Stand Still
Hi, I have been at a stand still since Febuary. I have lost a total of 24lbs since i started dieting last June, but i have to say that i did slack off but started back in January and in that month i lost 14lbs, but the total is 24lbs. I was wondering what should i do to get past the stand still?Question
