After to many years of trying to achieve a certain number on the scale, I realize that it's more than just the number on scale. I want my cloths to fit properly, to be able to climb steps with out being winded and to feel good about myself when I look in the mirror.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in everyday, I know your not supposed to but it keeps me in line. I only go by the reading on my weigh in day though.

I left Extreme fat smash book at work!! HELP! Dont kmow what to eat!
Meal One
1 1/2 cup of cold cereal with low fat / fat free milk
1 piece of fruit or 1 cup of fresh juice

1 cup cereal Beta or Gamma

Meal two
1 small salad (optional 1 chopped hard boiled egg)

Meal three
1 serving Vegi
1 cup brown rice

1/2 cup rice betta or gamma
