OMG time to start tracking again. I hit my goal and floated around there for a while and then the cold weather / holiday season happened. I think I gained 5 lbs. I'll weigh in this weekend.
The good news is that I didn't get too far gone. I just have to get my good habits back in to place. Ugh. This always happens.

Time to get back to the Fast Diet. I have become undisciplined with my eating again. I can't seem to get organized and motivated enough to prepare my meals in advance. I'm taking a class + working extra hours at work which shouldn't be an excuse. I need to be organized and methodical. I've been keeping up with my exercise but it's so easy to grab food to eat while I'm on the run. This is not good. I think I picked up 3 lbs over the past 3 weeks. I'll weigh in this weekend.
I need a chef! lol
Sometimes I think I should join Weight Watchers just to get me to focus on food. I have so many things going on, when I get too many things added to my plate (no pun intended) something falls off. I need to get a handle on this the way I have a handle on exercise. Exercise comes naturally for me. I want to be a good cook too. :(

Eating bread like crazy. Weight is up as expected. Time to get back on the Fast Diet. My eating it totally undisciplined right now.
