My goal was to be sub 170 by my birthday on July 20th Sunday. I saw 169.8 on the scale one morning after a run this week. I'm close enough :)
Going on vacation next week. Not in the mood for over eating, praise God!! Not going to undo my hard work.
I'm working out everyday until Wed morning, which is the day we are driving out. I'll get a 5 day rest, I'll pick the workouts back up on Monday July 28th.

Life has taken over again. Super busy with work and home cleaning right now. I had a week long online certification class last week. I'm also preparing for my dad's visit next week. Doing a lot of de-cluttering and deep cleaning of the house.
I've have been getting my morning walk/jogs in even during this busy time. I have not been following my 5:2 Fast Diet however. I plan to get back to my diet as soon as things settle down a bit. I'm pleased that I'm managing to lose weight even during this busy time.
I'm really smitten with the 5:2 Fast diet, even though I have't been following it perfectly, it has really changed the way I look at food now. I'm more conscious about what I'm eating and the amounts now. I want to get back to recording my food again as soon as things settle down. July is just going to be off the charts busy.

I weighed in at 172.6 at home (without clothes) after my walk this morning. I'm moving a long nicely for an older chick!! Folks at work telling me I don't need to lose any more weight. But I'm going for 165, then I'll decide from there if I should lose more or maintain. If my weight loss starts to stall, I'll just get really strict with my fast days. Progress, not perfection :)
