I sit for more than 8 hours a day. I enjoy snack foods such as crackers, peanut butter, cheese. I like cake snacks as well (i.e., cupcakes, cookies, etc.). Not a big fan of candy and chips. I drink maybe a 1/2 can of Ginger Ale once or twice a week. I've started walking but not fast and only for 30 minutes. I eat all day because I'm sitting all day. When I'm home its the opposite because I've on the go constantly. I'm open to suggestions and thoughts.
