Here I am at at 330 am and I have already consume 593 kcals today. I can't sleep because of pain issues tonight, and I ate food to soothe my abdominal pain.

I am also dealing with depression tonight. I just took a vicodin, chased down with a fudgesicle and a banana. Part of me wants to beat myself up over this late night eating binge.

Got hungry and ate over 500 kcals over night. Still down .8 at my official ww wi though.

Seeing the kcal intake of the foods I am eating is enlightening. I really am beginning to think the official ww apps need to disclose kcal intake along with doing the point tracking. Imo the fat secret software beats what ww offers its subscribers hands down.

I am just getting used to this tracker.so far I like it brr than the ww app. I am double tracking for now on both the ww mobile site and this tracker.

What I like about this tracker so fat is the widget, and the extensive data base with info for entered foods on nutrition info.v

The exercise numbers don't match what the precor machines say a far as calories burned.
The fat secret total is much higher than the precor readings.

My goal for today is to get a workout in and eat fewer calories if possible. I need to watch out for the comfort food traps and point bombs.
