Had a good week despite a few binge moments. I learned this week that safeway muffins can be considered point bombs, that I could eat much more good if I stuck to power foods instead. Stress is my major enemy lately, it not only triggers binges and point bomb ingestion but it is at times what keeps me from doing a daily workout. At the end of the day I feel exhausted and mostly I am tired from the stress.

I had a better day today until the evening came and I got too busy taking care of my family to eat. At 7 this evening I impulsively bought a chick o-Stix bar. I devoured it as soon as I got back to the car. Dinner was off to a rough start, and by the time I got done I ate a ton of calories. Fortunately I worked out hard today, so I probably earned the splurge.
I have not been doing my ww tracker for a couple days. I feel I am burned out now about the pp tracker. The lousy phone app doesn't help me. Tracking here on fs is so much easier and quicker.

Slept through dinner tonight, so write up just before midnight hungry. Ate a late night dinner and got it entered in the FS tracker. I admit I already fell behind in tracking the pp on etools. I am liking ghg FS tracker more than etools, if I could track my pp stuff on FS it would be perfect. Not much pain tonight. The sleep helped.

I am up again at 130 am, having pain and unable to sleep. Hopefully my new sleeping arrangements will help, I wish my room was ready to put my new sleeping chair in. I feel like I am trying to sleep on the titanic.
Yesterday I ended up in the red for the first time. I am not happy about it. But given the amount of food I ate in the middle of the night, and my lack of exercise , I deserved the red block. I plan to use the negative feedback to motivate me to make better choices.

So far watching my kcal intake seems to be working for me. The plateau I was on before I signed up for FS seems busted. Knowing the kcal intake and the other NI is leading me back to making healthier eating decisions.
