Ok, so today was a good day, I went more towards the Atkins and I feel good but tired. Didn't workout will try tomorrow. Getting ready for our big fair and I will have comapny for a few days so I will hold off on working out once they get here.

Had company for the past three days and kids rode parade so I haven't been good with what I have had for meals. I checked out the phase one in the Atkins diet and want to do it to get a jump start then move to WW. So we'll see what happens I feel like a lump on log and I'm tired of it.

Wow did I have a bad day fro eating. I guess I really need to write down what I eat. So bad I feel like I'm going backwards. Tomorrow is another day and I will do better.

Didn' have a good day eating. Really stressed out with selling our house and having two house payments right now. I really need to focus on ME and getting back to eating right adn exercising. :(
