Feel better today, eating really good and keeping track of my calories and exercise. One meal at a time.

Fell off the wagon. Had a cookie that I made for my daughters 4-H horse Show. I feel guilty and gross. Ahhhhh tomorrow is a new day.

Having a bad day. Not very positive today. Really tired of being fat. Went to a memorial service and felt so fat I didn't want to walk around and talk to people. Weight loss has to happen.

Eating a lower carb, low calorie diet right now. Trying to figure out what my carb level is. When I eat carbs I feel so bloated and gross.

Ate too many caories today and I need to lower my carb intake. Did Disk 3 of the P90X shoulders and arms. Love it!!! I Feel great.
