Really bad food weekend. I'm going to log my weight to keep me accountable. I'm not sure what is going on with me...but I HAVE to get with the freaking program. I should be so much farther in my weight loss. I'm not going to beat myself up, because I had a mini-meltdown this morning and I HATED how I felt afterwards...I have to focus on the positive. I KNOW I can do this. I have 62 more lbs to lose. I have aready lost 133! WHY is this so hard now?

Family issues happened this past weekend and I think that is what caused the food fest. i swear it was like a game to see how much food I could shove into my mouth! It was disgusting. I'm now all bloated and feel like CRAP. =(

::sigh:: It's just so hard sometimes....
