I'm officially at 150lb lost! WOOHOOO!!! AND I'm officially half way through the 220's. I have a goal of getting to 210 by Dec 19 and I'm staying on track so far. Stacy and I are going to Vegas to celebrate my Bday and I want to look HOT! LOL.

Lately I have been trying to incorporate a more 'normal' way of eating as I'm getting kind of close to my goal and I want to make sure I can maintain that weight once I reach it. But I also need to make sure my eating is something I can do for the rest of my life. I will always be low carb as it works well for my body.It's so crazy thinking I'm only like 40 lbs away from my goal. LOL. 375 seems sooo far away. But it's not. I have to always remember where I came from because I never want to go back. I'm not ashamed of that number anymore. It's part of who i am...and in order for me to move forward...I need to embrace that number and be at peace with it. =)
