I narrowly escaped the birthday cake in the lunch room and settled for a chai tea and splenda instead. Only 5 more hours until home time, and weekend time. My cheat day is sunday, and i was going to have a burger and fries but i am going to have perogies i think instead! or maybe a perogy burger?!?! haha. And then im going to go for a blizzard...brownie batter because i have been craving chocolate.. so buddies...whats your favorite blizzard??? :)

Diet has been spot on again today, and off to see my handsome personal trainer to sweat all over my life, then bust out 40 minutes of cardio to kick the weight work into high gear and burn off some more fat! then saturday i am seeing him again for another ass kicking and off to a baby shower for my best friends sisters baby girl..she is so beautiful!

Sunday probably catching up on eppys of breaking bad (OMG UNREAL SHOW) and eating most terribly with thee best girlfriend i could ask for. I cannot wait. Cheat days do wonders on your sanity. And the taste sensations are so worth the "weight" since your not used to such delightful top notes on your pallet. AND it gives your metabolism and strict efforts a giant high five.

Well I Ditched my date to go to the gym last night. Crushing hearts and weights, apperently. I work 12 hour days and i wasnt about to alter my badass schedule for some tempting garbage food and small talk. If he wants to see me we can hang out on the weekend and do something fun and active, like golf. I also went in search of Jillian Michaels 6 pack video and the shelves of walmart looked like they were raided after a zombie invasion... No video. I did however purchase a skipping rope so i can bust out a quick interval set in the AM on my patio. Just call me Rocky. Or Muhammad Ali.

Plan today is to shut my office door and do wind sprints and chin ups off my bookshelf, then run a half marathon in my work boots..haha..no, not really...Hot yoga for 90 min, and eating 100 % spot on as follows:

M1: egg whites, one piece turkey bacon, oat meal
M2: Hemp powder & protein shake
M3: chicken breast & quinoa, sssssssssssnap peas
M4: Eggs. Im Egghausting this option. womp womp.
M5; Chicken breast & quinoa, eda- whos your mame beans

For dessert: Chocolate mint tea. om nom nom

Eats & H20 on target today...oddly enough i ate exactly my RDI today..weird..i couldnt of fit one more calorie in there if i tried, before hitting red zone. I am not used to eating this much but my trainer says i should enjoy it while it lasts because after 5 more days of this he is pulling my carbs from my second last meal, and that is when your metabolism kicks into high gear and you feel the hunger pains for a bit, that are quickly replaced by the fact that i should be dropping 2 lbs a week. BOOYA.

35 minutes of work and off to pick up the jillian michaels ab routine you are all raving about and then to the gym for cardio: Stair Climber Song of the day Avicii - Levels...get it cause im climbing..haha..and Morgan Page - In the air while i skip rope & mimic the sweet boxers skipping rope on you tube..only i will be much slower and probably end up hog tying myself in the midst of trying to look cool at the gym..haha classic.
It took more then a day to put it on. it will take more than a day to take it off. Move!

A fun thing to say to Turkey Chili

It was thanks giving weekend to all the canucks up north and Turkey dinner with the family was a smashing success. I have been so full from ingesting twice as many "good" calories as i am used to that it was easy peasy to not over eat at dinner, and i avoided the pumpkin pie. i considered the turkey dinner my cheat meal, even though i skipped the gravy, starchy potatos, and had hardly any stuffing to feel the least bit...errr stuffed. I drove home from my parents feeling happy that i didnt make the mistake of over eating. I also had boxing with my trainer friday, worked legs and cardio saturday and went for a run sunday, monday so it wasnt worth it to me to shove every concievable carb in sight into my body. So any who, on track for week two of alternating Protien and carb with a protein every three hours and then i will be dropping a carb at night. If my uber hot trainer isnt motivation to eat clean clean clean then i dont know what is...meow.

Haha, ARMS AND CARDIO TODAY!

Remember, to get YOUR workouts in today. its not about "having" time, its about making time. BOOM!
