Good Morning weight loss champs!

A couple things on the menu, i started to cut out my carbs in the afternoon and just have protein and veggies and already feel better. after doubling up my calorie intake for the last month or so i should really start seeing a difference now...I also made a post-it that says "consistency" and put it on my mirror...now when i am feelin discouraged, i have it there, as a simple reminder that achieving the goals, and the life I want comes with good old hard fashioned work..and with that comes consistency.

which brings me to my next point, the interior design firm that i applied with a couple weeks ago called me back yesterday and we are setting up an interview!! i am dedicating two hours a night to go through interview question apps and learn as much as i can about the company. The creditials it lists are right up my alley but in an industry i am greatly interested in. Wish me luck buddies! i so need this, want this and got to have this!

Wud uppppp spuds? Just a quick fly by as work is slightly tense and overhelming my normally chill self. I am just about at my 6000 hour award which is a 500 dollar visa gift card and i could def use some new jeans to dress my shrinking body. I figure if i can hold off for another month i will reach that mark and peace out. I havent heard from the interior design firm YET but i am remaining hopeful and plan on doing a follow up letter to let them know i am DEAD serious on at least getting an interview. Maybe make it slightly threatening just to get the ball rolling. hahahah. just kidding.

Oats, Eggs and Turkey bacon for breaky followed by a protein shake, extreme pita salad, more protien and veggies -insert intense workout here- and chicken and veggies for dinner.

I bought all the veggies for cabbage soup so that will be my project for the night after a burn sesh and cardio with my trainer. My friends and i are thinking mexicoooooooooooooo for new years, so all the more motivation to work with. boom. get some.

The thing about reaching your goal weight is that it’s 100% possible. It’s completely in your control. The only thing stopping you from getting there is you. So get out of the way.
