No excuses - we have to do this. Aren't you so happy when you step on the scale even when you have only lost one pound. One pound at a time. Gaining sucks and really is a mood killer. You say you are a new Christian. If you want something you shouldn't have - pray. (Pray for me as well because I really want to lose.)
