Getting older but still life to live. 5'11 and use to think I carried my weight really well. Never really paid much attention to what I ate and when I did see my weight creeping small work outs would get me right back were I wanted to be. Now that I'm in my 30's I'm having to work hard at it to be fit. Being a wife, mom of two active boys, stressful job, community service work like it's my 3rd job - its REALLY time that I focus on my fitness and change my eating and working out life style for the better. So here I go again!!!
