Interval cardio on Dec. 26 at 5:00pm I felt extremely strong. had my rpm's up to 90 -92 range. Avg heart rate about 155 or so. Last interval heart rate was at 180 and at the end of 3 minute cool down was 129. Avg. 17.4 calories burned per minute for 50. This is the best I've done in quite some time.

had a good interval workout this morning. Can't get my heart up as high, but I'm still working hard. Heart rate went from 178 to 121 in less than 2 minutes. Felt good afterwards.

did 50 minutes on stair machine, fat burning mode. felt strong at the end. heart rate probably about 145 to 150. 3 minute cool down.

after doing legs with Omar yesterday morning and 60 minutes on the stairs last night, i was tired this morning doing my interval cardio session. Average heart rate about 155. I was physically spent after this session.
