Hello! I am Julie, and I am a stay at home mom to two awesome children. Noah will be 9 in May and Hannah is 6 1/2. I started Atkins on March 17th, 2011, and I feel great! My husband and I have been trying for our third child since 2008, and I am praying that losing weight and being healthier will aid in the process. How Many Calories in a day is too little ??
As far as calories go, the MINIMUM you should be eating is 1500. If you eat too few calories, your body will hold onto fat because it thinks it's starving.

My understanding is that you should be getting around 70% of your calories in fat. That sounds like a lot, but it is really doable. I recommend getting the new book, A New Atkins for a New You. You can also find a lot of useful information on the Atkins website!
