Brianna-I think you can do it without the gym. I lost more weight when I stopped going to the gym. I have the biggest loser yoga video and it's great. It may help you with the aches and pains of fibromyalgia. A very good friend of mine has fibromyalgia and she also swears by pilates. Sometimes when I think I have lost my full button it's just that I keep eating until I never hear my stomach growl. Then when I start eating health planned meals- low and behold my stomach starts to growl and I have to not freak out and eat too much. If you have two kids under 3 I can imagine it's hard to sit down and eat a grown up meal. I have a six year old and a two year old. I think half of the weight I have gained comes from mac-n cheese and any other quick kid food left in the kitchen. It doesn't even taste that good. Why do I eat it???

Erin- that is exactly how I joined. I found the app for my blackberry and then found the website. I found it is easier updating on the computer and then just pushing sycn so I know where I stand at the end of the day. I'm not petite but I do feel uncomfortable in my clothes. Luckily I have not gained as much as I thought. I can't wait to get back to my size 6's!
