Can't trust that scale. First it said 209, which I knew was impossible. Then I got back on and got 212.6. I tried it twice, same result. So that's what I recorded; however, I don't believe I lost 1.4 lbs in 24 hours. I wouldn't be surprised if it's up tomorrow. Anyway, I ate really well yesterday and went for a vigorous walk, so I did expect some positive results. Today's a running day, so I have some more calories to burn. It would be nice to be down around 210 by the end of the week. Que sera sera.

Ate too much bread at dinner last night. One taste of that lovely crust and I was done for. Good news that I was down .6 lbs this morning. I don't know if I can get my exercise in today because I have to go to an all day workshop. However, they are not providing lunch, so I have my trusty peanut butter sandwich with me.

Staff potluck! I don't know what it is about all the food that triggers me. I just wanted to go for it, like I usually do. But I had two kinds of salad and a small helping of lasagna. Skipped all the breads, sweets and desserts. Drank water. Tough to stay strong. Thanks for all the support.
