My name is Grace and my weight has been swinging between ~58 and ~70 kg over the last 12 years. With the help of FSecret, I managed to lose 9 kg to reach just below 58kg. I now aim to keep my weight steady at 63kg, which is a comfortable weight for me. I walk here and there and do a bit of gardening but would love to start getting more active consistently for health reasons. Nothing strenuous, though. I've got a plan in place to get there and I know I will, with the help of FSecret 👍.
