Ok Feb 1, seems to be going good I'm working on losing 1lb a week, so far that hasn't happened. I'm getting a good workout in though and it looks like I'm burning more calories than I'm taking in so I'm sure next week I should see that 1lb gone.

Didn't weigh in this morning cause I over ate and drank over the weekend. This morning I walked and ran for 45 min and started my private hundred push up challenge. I also worked core on ball with 75 crunches. I'm using the blueprint from http://hundredpushups.com/

Got up this morning got in a 2 mile walk on treadmill and 20 min of P90X and will have a bowl of Spc K for breakfast along with a protein bar during break this morn.

Got up for walk this morning 6:45 and tried P90X ab ripper X for half the exercises. Will work harder tomorrow.
