Does anyone have any thoughts on this?I normally consume between 2000-2400 calories a day, I think I'm doing something wrong. I saw a nutrionalist on TV this morning who said to loose weight you should consume no more than 1300-1600 calories a day. Is this for women only? Men need more calories than that. Weighed myself this morning, I'm 2lbs lighter but that is steady exercising.

I enjoyed my lunch today because I went past Subway, came straight home and made a Garden Spinach Wrap with all the ingredients I entered for my lunch. It was great and it gave me the boost I needed to go to the gym. I actually might register a loss on my weigh in! :-D

Today is a snowday here. I've been snowed in for the past 2 days, the main highways are drivable here so I'm going out to clear ice & snow from the driveway. I did a walk/run for 30 min this morning as well as calisthenics for 15, so who knows how many calories I'll burn shoveling snow. I'll considerate it a plus. I ate a good breakfast with a modest calorie count as well as protein so getting to lunch will be a breeze.
