9.28 miles today but the Pilates DVD has received nothing but a guilty glance. Tomorrow may be the day.

I forgot to record a journal entry yesterday but I walked for 6.3 miles.
Today I also walked for 6.3 miles but I am still only looking at the Pilates DVD.

Walked for 5.47 miles and I think that I've worked out some new routes.
I called the T'ai Chi instructor to organise my first lesson and have dug out the pilates DVD. Now I just need to keep the momentum going, don't anyone let me slack off!

July amendments to my lifestyle experiment.
Increase average calorie allowance to 1350.
Increase average net carbohydrate allowance to 45.
Walk five miles every day.
Start pilates.
Start T'ai Chi and QiGong.
