This article helped me get a better understanding of why, when I was three pounds away from my goal, I went off the rails. Worthwhile reading, I plan to put it in use with my renewed effort to maintain a healthier, moderate way of eating and life.

Stress has been getting the better of me. I need to find healthier alternatives to cope than eating...like by exercising instead!
