Reduced my calories from the recommended 1600 to 1200. Feeling much better that the scale is moving again. And surprisingly not hungry between meals.

Increased exercise and increased fruit and vegetables but still the scale isn't moving. Frustrated.

I didn't step on the scale this morning and I already feel better. I need to break the habit of weighing myself daily.
