stop eating carbs! Carbs are the reason for your insulin resistence. Stop eating sugar of any kind including fruit, honey or any sweetner whatsoever. train youself to eat all your food in a 4 hour window, prefferably after 10 am so that you can benifit from the night time fast. Eat high fat fish, nuts and healthy oils like olive, coconut, butter ect. stay away from processed foods and no more rice. Giving up carbs will save your life. Become a fat burner and not a sugar burner/fat storer.

HGH is secreted when you sleep and when you don't eat for 16 hours or more. This hormone protects your muscle from being digested. You must become fat adapted so that your body will use the fat for its prefered fuel. this way you know you don't have to eat more protien or anything else for that matter than your appetite tells you it wants.

who in the world set 2200 calories as a standard? This is rediculous, 2200 calories is likely perfect for Andre the Giant but I don't know how anybody can eat that much food and still have time or energy for anything else. I have always been a 900 to 1200 calorie person for as long as I can remember. I am one of the healthiest people I know and that is because I maximize my my nutrient intake by consuming small amounts of the really really good stuff SUPER FOODS quality not quantity

Keto dizziness
himalian pink salt has 82 minerals, you can eat a few grains of that by itself, it helps the dizziness instantly! But a word of caution, I gave myself a bit of salt poisoning from extended fasting and taking in more than a tablespoon of salt per day. To recover from this I have been without salt for a few days and my abdomen is recovering from the aching. So I would say keep your pure salt intake down to a teaspoon per day, it really gets you through without consuming calories.
