With a few weeks of warrior style living (eating only once per day in a 2 hour window) I was able to lose another 5 pounds. This was fun and I enjoyed the convienience of it all ( saving time and money ect. ) Well as usual , life happens and I had to jump off the warrior wagon night befor last. I was out and about without having prepared any meals to bring along, so I went to my favorite high fat go to fast food option, a big mac. Yes thats right, a big mac. The macros are very good for keto, especially when you remove one of the buns. the sandwich has 44 carbs, I figure that breaks down to 15 per bun, so I chuck the top bun and go to town! This does not take me our of ketosis as the sandwich only has 30 carbs and very much fat. But I did ear outside of my warrior window, so that was the thing. but now my window is bigger, I have to do a 4 hour window for awhile, as the big mac stirred up some primal insulin response that triggered my hunger monster, not to worry though, all foods consumed in the 4 hour window are fully keto, and I am staying at about 50 carbs per day, with half a piece of raw fruit to add life the whole thing. I tried going without fruit and did'tn feel optimal. I gained 2 pounds from this so my present weight is 142. Its crab season here on the west coast so I made this delightful crab Louie salad for the high calorie day.
